I would like to share some my own idea,
Everything before we get it, it needs times!
Basically, we have know nothing when we begin a something new.
It really needs times to let us get the pattern of working, studying, investing, even playing!
Then, how to make the journey more enjoyable, without stress?
Game!
Let say,
When we are graduated from university,
the next thing we suppose to do is get a job.
Ironically, freshman is not easy to get a ideal job as we expected even a normal job.
We will feel down if the boss says no, no no no….
In our mind, we are only hoping for “yes”, we hope to get the “yes” as fast as possible..
Before the “yes”, our mind tell us, you are loser, you are failed, you cannot, you are not able…
AND our mood of interview is getting worse and worse,
at the moments, how to ask employers hire a employee who has no energy to work?
Why don we change a mindset,
Instead of saying yes, calculate we will get how many “no”.
Then, we fall in the mood of playing games, and your purpose is “no”
when you get a “no”, u feel yeah! yeah yeah yeah!!!
You become energized and confident, you could answer all the questions been asked well..
Finally, besides you could enjoy the journey of interview, you are motivated to be a better employee.
This is the power of games…
Let play games…
